The following terms and conditions apply to all users of the www.alfieandaudrey.com.au website and to all purchasers of goods and services from Alfie & Audrey. By viewing and using this website you will be deemed to agree to these terms of use (“terms”). Alfie & Audrey reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and Alfie & Audrey accepts no liability or responsibility as a result of these changes.

PRICING

Prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (“GST”). Alfie & Audrey is GST registered. Prices displayed on Alfie & Audrey website are subject to change without further notice.

Pricing includes delivery to the Adelaide metro area only. For deliveries outside this area you will be quoted and invoiced separately.

PLACING AN ORDER

When placing an order from this website you should use the shopping cart and order page provided. We can only accept orders through the PayPal payment system. Payment will be made immediately on completion of your online order. The PayPal payment system has an encrypting facility for your security.

Direct bank deposit payments can only be processed on application with Alfie & Audrey via phone or email, not via the online shopping cart.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Alfie & Audrey offers free delivery to Metropolitan Adelaide. Deliveries outside this zone will incur additional fees, which can be quoted by contacting us at [email protected].

On receipt of your order and payment, you may expect your order to be shipped within 5 to 15 working days, depending on the size of the order. This time frame is not guaranteed as delivery dates may vary due to material availability or custom orders, which might take longer to organise and produce.

We will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfill or are unable to fulfill an order. We reserve the right to contact you to verify payment, delivery or other customer details. We also reserve the right to cancel an order (and refund any payments made).

Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and additional delivery costs are incurred, you will be liable to pay these costs. We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order to reach you in perfect condition.

REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you receive a faulty product please contact Alfie & Audrey within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) to discuss the fault. The product will be replaced at our discretion. We will reimburse return postage costs. In the event that an exact replacement is not available, a credit or refund will be issued. Alfie & Audrey provides this service so that our customers can feel completely confident in purchasing products through the online shop - we want you to be as happy and thrilled with your product(s) as we are offering them to you.

While every effort will be made to provide you with the product you have requested, if it is unavailable we will contact you to advise you as soon as possible. If an alternative product is deemed unsuitable by you then any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

In the event that we need to enforce our right to recover any money from you, we have the right to recover all costs, including legal costs incurred on a solicitor client basis required to recover such debt.

ADVERTISED GOODS / COLOUR REPRESENTATION

Alfie and Audrey displays products in a variety of ways, however colours displayed on a computer screen vary and may not represent the exact colours in reality.

Much effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information, opinions and ideas expressed on this website. Similarly, photographs/pictures/visuals are designed to accurately represent the details of products available for sale on the website (including colours etc.).

However, we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss resulting from reliance upon information or images displayed on this website. We expressly exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties, descriptions, representations or conditions whether implied by law, trade, custom or otherwise.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for any claim, damages, loss, or expense related to the supply by us of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for the goods or services and except where statute expressly requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable in any event whether in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by you or any other person.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993 ("THE ACT")

If you are a consumer under the Act and you are acquiring or holding yourself out as acquiring the goods for a business purpose, the Act will not apply. Subject to this clause nothing in these terms will affect your rights as a consumer under the Act.

No part of an Alfie & Audrey range may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose without our permission (whether that be design replication, electronic photography or any other form).
