To become an Alfie and Audrey wholesaler, we just have a few simple trade terms for you to become familiar with first. Have a read through our wholesale terms below, and if happy to proceed simply complete the form and we'll send you the details of how to access our online wholesale order form.

Alfie & Audrey - Wholesale Agreement and Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchasers of goods and services from Alfie & Audrey. Alfie & Audrey Wholesalers must agree to these terms of use (“terms”) prior to having access to the wholesale ordering system. The password will be emailed to you upon receipt of your signed agreement below.

Alfie & Audrey reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and accepts no liability or responsibility as a result of these changes.

Wholesale Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude Goods and Services Tax (“GST”). Alfie & Audrey is not GST registered. Prices displayed on Alfie & Audrey's website are subject to change without further notice.

Pricing includes delivery to the Adelaide metro area only. For deliveries outside this area you will be quoted and invoiced separately.

Minimum Order

We have a $500.00 minimum order for wholesale, but that is across all products.

Placing an Order

When placing an order on this website you should use the shopping cart and order page provided. We can only accept orders through the PayPal payment system online. Payment will be made immediately on completion of your online order. The PayPal payment system has an encrypting facility for your security.

Direct bank deposit payments can only be processed on application with Alfie & Audrey via phone or email, not via the online shopping cart.

Delivery Information

Alfie & Audrey offers free delivery to Metropolitan Adelaide. Deliveries outside this zone will incur additional fees, which can be quoted by contacting us at hello@alfieandaudrey.com.au.

On receipt of your order and payment, you may expect your order to be shipped within 5 to 15 working days, depending on the size of the order. This time frame is not guaranteed as delivery dates may vary due to material availability or custom orders, which might take longer to organise and produce. Postage costs will be invoiced separately.Shipping insurance may be purchased by the retailer and will also be charged separately.

We will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfil or if we are unable to fulfil an order. We reserve the right to contact you to verify payment, delivery or other wholesaler details. We also reserve the right to cancel an order (and refund any payments made). Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and additional delivery costs are incurred, you will be liable to pay these costs. We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your products so they reach you in perfect condition.

Refunds / Returns / Exchanges

If you receive a faulty product please contact Alfie & Audrey within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) to discuss the fault. The product will be replaced at our discretion. We will reimburse return postage costs. In the event that an exact replacement is not available, a credit or refund will be issued. Alfie & Audrey provides this service so that our customers can feel completely confident in purchasing products through the online shop – we want you to be as happy and thrilled with your product(s) as we are in offering them to you.

While every effort will be made to provide you with the product you have requested, if it is unavailable we will contact you to advise you as soon as possible. If an alternative product is deemed unsuitable by you then any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

In the event that we need to enforce our right to recover any money from you, we have the right to recover all costs, including legal costs incurred on a solicitor client basis required to recover such debt.

Branding / Packaging

By becoming a Alfie & Audrey retailer, you agree to respect the branding and credit Alfie & Audrey as the creator of the product. All supplied branding must remain on the product when in store.

In the event of Alfie & Audrey products being selected for any type of marketing or media, the brand must be mentioned or captioned as the maker of the product.


Alfie and Audrey displays products in a variety of ways, however colours displayed on a computer screen vary and may not represent the exact colours in reality.

Much effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information, opinions and ideas expressed on this website. Similarly, photographs/pictures/visuals are designed to accurately represent the details of products available for sale on the website (including colours etc.).

However, we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss resulting from reliance upon information or images displayed on this website. We expressly exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties, descriptions, representations or conditions whether implied by law, trade, custom or otherwise.


No part of an Alfie & Audrey range may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose without our permission (whether that be design replication, electronic photography or any other form).

You agree to receive the occasional email from Alfie and Audrey updating you of new products and general wholesale information. You are welcome to unsubscribe from our wholesale mailing list at anytime.
